This is an assortment of smoked meats and provisions.  Each package will feature sausages, bacon, pulled or deli meat, jerky and provisions (hot sauce, salt/rub, nuts, condiment fermented products, etc).  Each delivery will have a different assortment making delivery day that much more exciting!      
 
Packages are delivered or ship on the first and third Tuesday of each month.
